Post your listing on dozens of websites, including, ICI, Craigslist, Google, etc. I am a member of ICI and, therefore your listing will be distributed automatically to other agents with buyers looking to buy a home like yours. Hold an Agent's Open House, with food (we agent's are famous for our love of free food) so that they can then tell their buyers that they need to see YOUR HOME. Hold Open Houses. Open houses generate excitement for your home and they allow me to personally point out all the reasons your house/condo is the place to live. Deliver "Just Listed" cards to your neighbours so that they can let their friends who are looking know that there is a home for sale in their own neighbourhood. People like to move in an area where their friends live. Produce Full Colour Feature Sheets: at the end of a long day of looking at houses, buyers forget what they have looked at. A feature sheet is a great way to highlight your home in their minds. Advertise your Open House in the Star Home section, where people go to plan their open house visits for the weekend.
